Most of our raw materials are selectively collected from reliable and hygienic local suppliers. Our dairy products are derived from grass-fed Carabao's milk.

Our history is long and storied, however we've been busy making the best dairy products from Carabao's milk you've ever had. Our kitchen was born from the passion of food, from a group of friends, Doctor and Doctora Babaran here at Oz Organic Food Production.

At Oz Organic Food Production, our recipes are true to the old world traditions and created freshly daily by hand in our own kitchen. Each of our dishes and products is prepared and presented in the authentic and healthy style of cooking and processing without using any chemical ingredient.
Nothing is ever preprocessed and no chemicals are added. We make everything like you would make in your own kitchen. We are now serving first time in the Tuguegarao organic Carabao's milk ice cream.
